Time For a Change

Let’s call this one Brad’s Brain 3.0

I got completely fed up with Blogger and all the down-time nonsense, hideous templates, minimal adaptability, etc. (I’m STILL mad about the fact that I can’t leech off their bandwidth for the pictures I’ve tried to repost here, but alas.) Bottom line: fuck them.

So here we are, new design, new more appropriate URL, and hopefully more focused writing. Almost all of the old posts have been moved, blogroll is updated, and a workable banner is up top. Speaking of which…

If anyone would be so kind (has Photoshop and a few minutes to spare) I would wildly appreciate a little help with the banner. I like the picture, but of course the text is crap, just a temporary fix I threw together in Paint. I would like to get a little more separation for the text and space it correctly with some kerning and all that good shit, so if anyone would care to lend a hand, I would be greatly appreciated.

    Hey babe, great to see this blog!!! If I feel like switching over to WordPress, I’ll probably be giving you a shout on how to do it, etc…

    For photos, go with Photobucket: I’ve been using them for over 2 years now, and it’s nothing but good to me.

    Thanks, sweetheart. It’s STUNNINGLY easy to switch and worth it for many, many reasons.

    As far as Photobucket goes, I already signed up earlier today. I just don’t feel like reuploading all of the past photos, was hoping just to use the original blogger code and leech the bandwidth, but they’re pretty good about blocking that. But for all future photos, Photobucket’s my jam.

    I like the looks of everyone that has moved to wordpress..but it’s too bright and cheery for me…i like dark and brooding…
    I don’t know jack about putting a blog together..if it wasn’t for Babs and Sooner i would be sending out my blog in emails….
